Kevin Durant Suffers Left Thigh Contusion
Just when it seemed Kevin Durant was back to business in Brooklyn, the Nets superstar suffered another setback.
In Sunday’s game against the Miami Heat, Durant was forced to leave the game early in the first quarter with what the team called a left thigh contusion.
Nets head coach Steve Nash said Durant would be re-evaluated Monday morning to determine whether further testing is needed.
Durant just returned to the team on April 8th after missing nearly two months with a hamstring strain.
Nets’ Kevin Durant is out for remainder of game due to left thigh contusion, team says.
