SPURS LOSE ANOTHER PLAYER FOR REST OF SEASON; LOOK TOWARD YOUTH
The Spurs are already without LaMarcus Aldridge, who underwent an arthroscopic subacromial decompression and Rotator Cuff debridement on his right shoulder, in late April.

Trey Lyles is out after suffering from Appendicitis on Wednesday.
