SPURS/PELICANS GAME POSTPONED
Citing accordance with the league’s Health and Safety protocols, the NBA postponed tonight’s Spurs game in New Orleans. The NBA goes on to state: “Because of ongoing contract tracing within both the Spurs and Pelicans, neither team has the league-required eight available players to proceed with the schedule game.”
ESPN reports that the issue is with potential Coronavirus exposure to a non-team member of the traveling parties of both teams in recent days and goes on to say that the NBA is taking extra precautions with these situations.
