UTSA’s “Selflessness” Propels Team to Third Straight Win
UTSA Football head coach Jeff Traylor said that “selfless” was their culture pillar of the week, and that was proven Friday night in their win against MTSU.
UTSA quarterback Josh Adkins came in off the bench after starting quarterback Frank Harris went down with an injury late in the second quarter. Adkins, a former Smithson Valley star, helped lead the Roadrunners to the 37-35 victory, as well as their third straight win.
“There was not a greater example of how much Frank loves Josh and Josh loves Frank. They are really good friends. For me to take Josh in shows you how much respect those two have for each other” said Traylor after the game.
